Purposes of the processing

3dpuma.com, a brand of Lysandris BV collects and processes customers’ personal data for customer and order management (customer administration, order/delivery follow-up, invoicing, solvency follow-up, profiling and the sending of marketing and personalised advertising).

Legal foundation for the processing

Personal data is processed based on Article 6.1. (aconsent), (c) (required to satisfy a legal obligation) and (f) (required for the protection of our legitimate interest in entrepreneurship) of the General Data Protection Act.

Insofar as the processing of personal data takes place based on Article 6.1. a) (consent), customers always have the right to withdraw the given consent.

Transfer to third parties

If required to achieve the set purposes, the customers’ personal data will be shared with other companies who provide services to operate this website, handling and shipping. At no time is your personal data sold or handed over to third parties for money or any other form of compensation.

3dpuma.com, a brand of Lysandris BV guarantees that these recipients will take the necessary technical and organisational measures for the protection of personal data.

Retention period

Personal data processed for customer management will be stored for the time necessary to satisfy legal requirements (in terms of bookkeeping, among others).

Right to inspection, improvement, deletion, limitation, objection and transferability of personal data

The customer has at all times the right to inspect their personal data and can have it improved/improve it should it be incorrect or incomplete, have it removed, limit its processing an object to the processing of their personal data based on Article 6.1 (f), including profiling based on said provisions.

Furthermore, the customer is entitled to obtain a copy (in a structured, standard and mechanically readable form) of their personal data and to have said personal data forwarded to another company.

In order to exercise the aforementioned rights, the customer is requested to:

  • Adjust the settings of their customer account; and/or

Direct marketing

The customer is entitled to object free of charge to the processing of any processing of their personal data aimed at direct marketing.

Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

Shipping costs are not refundable. Return shipping costs are also at the expense of the buyer

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

3dpuma.com is an online store offering original artwork, custom 3D-printed products, and curated collectibles. We aim to provide unique, high-quality items for art lovers and collectors. 3dpuma.com is a brand of Lysansdris BV, an officially registered busoness in Belgium under number 0668.545.756.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use this Site and make purchases. By using the Site, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. Product Information

We strive to display accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing. However:

  • Colors may appear differently due to screen settings.

  • Dimensions and materials are approximations and may vary slightly.

  • Custom and handmade items may contain minor variations from the product images.

4. Orders and Payment

  • All prices are listed in Euro.

  • We accept payments via several online payment sezrvices, handled by Stripe and Paypal.

  • Orders are only confirmed once payment has been received and you receive a confirmation email.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion (e.g., due to stock errors, suspicious activity, or payment issues).

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • We do not ship to all countries in the world. At this point we only ship to countries on the European continent, with a few exceptions. At checkout, you may receive a message saying we do not ship to your stated address.

  • Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates provided by our shipping partners. Delivery times are estimates and as a consequence not guarantees. Delays caused by couriers or customs are beyond our control. At no time will this site or Lysandris BV be held responsible for delays caused by these shipping partners. Although, we have a rule to always provide best effort in respecting shipping times. 

  • For international orders, you are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.

6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of our products (especially custom or made-to-order items), we accept returns or exchanges only under the conditions stipulated in our Refund and Return Policy (see specific page).

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site—including images, product designs, descriptions, logos, and branding—is the intellectual property of 3dpuma.com and Lysandris BV, or our content suppliers and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

1. Processing Time

  • In-stock items are typically processed and shipped within [1–3 business days].

  • Custom or made-to-order items (including 3D prints or personalized art) may take [3–8 business days] to produce before shipping.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and shipping method selected.

Note: Delivery estimates do not include production time for made-to-order items.

3. Shipping Locations

We currently do not ship worldwide, but mainly in the Europea area.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, as soon as we receive it from the carrier. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

For international shipments:

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

  • These charges vary by country and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before ordering.

6. Lost or Delayed Packages

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by the carrier or customs.

  • Packages lost due to incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or regions where local restrictions apply.

9. General Information

We ship all our art and home decor using premium carriers, fully insured and with track & trace so we can follow your shipment.
Every item is carefully packed in bubble wrap, protective foam, and premium-grade cardboard to ensure safe delivery.
Despite our best efforts, some carriers treat boxes like soccer balls—if your item arrives damaged, don’t worry.

Just send us a photo and a brief description of the issue. We’ll handle the rest—quickly and without hassle.

Shipping times may vary depending on the destination country, but we have solid contracts in place with our trusted carriers to ensure timely delivery.
Within the EU, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days.

For the rest of Europe, please allow around 5 business days. Worldwide shipping usually takes between 8–15 days, depending on the continent—shipping to Asia or the US, for example, generally takes about a week.
