Purposes of the processing
3dpuma.com, a brand of Lysandris BV collects and processes customers’ personal data for customer and order management (customer administration, order/delivery follow-up, invoicing, solvency follow-up, profiling and the sending of marketing and personalised advertising).

Personal data is processed based on Article 6.1. (aconsent), (c) (required to satisfy a legal obligation) and (f) (required for the protection of our legitimate interest in entrepreneurship) of the General Data Protection Act.

The customer has at all times the right to inspect their personal data and can have it improved/improve it should it be incorrect or incomplete, have it removed, limit its processing an object to the processing of their personal data based on Article 6.1 (f), including profiling based on said provisions.
Furthermore, the customer is entitled to obtain a copy (in a structured, standard and mechanically readable form) of their personal data and to have said personal data forwarded to another company.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

Shipping costs are not refundable. Return shipping costs are also at the expense of the buyer
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We do not ship to all countries in the world. At this point we only ship to countries on the European continent, with a few exceptions. At checkout, you may receive a message saying we do not ship to your stated address.

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates provided by our shipping partners. Delivery times are estimates and as a consequence not guarantees. Delays caused by couriers or customs are beyond our control. At no time will this site or Lysandris BV be held responsible for delays caused by these shipping partners. Although, we have a rule to always provide best effort in respecting shipping times.

Due to the nature of our products (especially custom or made-to-order items), we accept returns or exchanges only under the conditions stipulated in our Refund and Return Policy (see specific page).

In-stock items are typically processed and shipped within [1–3 business days].

Custom or made-to-order items (including 3D prints or personalized art) may take [3–8 business days] to produce before shipping.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and shipping method selected.
Note: Delivery estimates do not include production time for made-to-order items.
3. Shipping Locations
We currently do not ship worldwide, but mainly in the Europea area.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, as soon as we receive it from the carrier. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.

We ship all our art and home decor using premium carriers, fully insured and with track & trace so we can follow your shipment.
Every item is carefully packed in bubble wrap, protective foam, and premium-grade cardboard to ensure safe delivery.
Despite our best efforts, some carriers treat boxes like soccer balls—if your item arrives damaged, don’t worry.
Just send us a photo and a brief description of the issue. We’ll handle the rest—quickly and without hassle.
Shipping times may vary depending on the destination country, but we have solid contracts in place with our trusted carriers to ensure timely delivery.
Within the EU, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days.
For the rest of Europe, please allow around 5 business days. Worldwide shipping usually takes between 8–15 days, depending on the continent—shipping to Asia or the US, for example, generally takes about a week.
